To be eligible for a credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. NEW! Items must be unworn, odor free, (including household odors), unwashed, undamaged, free of makeup, deodorant, perfumes, incense, and oils. Otherwise they will not be accepted. Items must also be in the original packaging. There is no need to include any notes inside return, as long as your name (the name on the order), is on the package. EXCHANGES CAN NOT BE HELD! No changes to an order, once an order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled. To complete your exchange for store credit, please include your name, and shipping address on the package. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non refundable. If your order was eligible for free shipping, customer is responsible for replacement shipping cost, on exchange or new store credit order. Any item returned due to an incorrect address, or refused by recipient, will be subject to a restocking fee. Return orders for store credit, may take 5 to 7 business days to process. Trust me, I know how important having your items are, so I will do my best to expedite this process. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation, with your credit code.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. WE INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPMENT! If somehow an item arrives to you, and is defective and you need to exchange it for the same item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org first. Again, we inspect every item before shipping, but please give us a call.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
