Pre-orders are usually shipped within 3-4 weeks depending on the items. 

In-inventory items are shipped within 3-5 business days.

USPS ($12.00): Our standard shipping is through USPS. We will ship using USPS Priority however any delays or problems with shipping will be up to USPS once your item has left our facility. USPS Priority ranges from 2-3 Days but due to COVID 19 some orders are subject to delays if any at all so we are setting our standard USPS at 3-10 Days. 

Pre-Orders

Processing Time for Garments Labeled Pre Order: 3-4 weeks

Garments labeled as preorder can take 3-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. After your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email/test stating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. 

Custom Orders

Custom orders are based on scheduling and clients timeframe. You will receive a production/shipping schedule during your consultation.

Please understand that once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or FedEx). Any problems to arise while your order is in transit from us to you will be at the responsibility of the carrier (USPS or FedEx). Please contact the carrier for details.
